Ed Sheeran has released the official music video for Galway Girl, the latest single from his 4x ARIA platinum album ÷ (pronounced ‘divide’), out now. filmed in Galway and Dublin last month and directed by Jason Koenig (Shape Of You), the video was shot by Ed himself! The PoV footage stars an array of Irish names including actress Saoirse Ronan (Atonement, Brooklyn), folk band Boega – who co-wrote and performed on the track with Ed – Irish comedian Tommy Tiernan and more. It also includes a segment from Ed’s Dublin 3 Arena show in April.
