Meditation ૐ time
For anyone who wants to join me in giving this a go before bed tonight, we are going to do a very easy meditation.
Find somewhere comfortable. Either lay down on your back, or sit comfortably with your legs crossed.
Close your eyes, and take 3 deep breaths.
One for your body, one for mind, and one for your spirit.
Empty all thoughts into a treasure chest, and imagine it disappearing into nothing in the air, leaving you with a clear and empty mind.
Next imagine a bright diamond shaped light above your head. This is the light of the divine universe, and allow that light to beam down through the top of your head (crown chakra) and allow the light to fill your body.
Hold it there, feel the light slowly moving through your body bringing peace and relaxation with each breath.
When the time is right, allow the light to slowly leave back through your crown chakra, and slowly open your eyes, feeling secure, refreshed and at peace.
Ready for sleep.
