When I was in middle school my dad went to Canada to work on a film starring David Bowie. Originally titled "Exhuming Mr. Rice", it went on to be simplified, as they were afraid of Americans not being linguistically prepared. The reality I failed to grasp at that age was that the next day I would spend hours listening to the man who would go on to be the most significant of my personal heroes. He was a part of the reason I started my first band, he's a huge influence on Milo, and he's inside or outside my mind any time I think about attempting to create something lasting. You never let me down, David, thank you for five decades of beautiful work.
