MTV announced today (31 July 2006) that Gnarls Barkley has been nominated for 3 Video Music Awards for Crazy: Best Group Video, Best Direction and Best Editing.

Directed by Robert Hales, the video is a psychedelic play on Rorschach Tests, and is considered to be one of the most innovate music videos embraced by MTV in years.

The single for 'Crazy' held the #1 spot in the UK for 9 consecutive weeks before being deleted by the band, and currently has a radio audience of over 90 million in the U.S. alone.
