Alesha Dixon refuses to put a foot wrong. Self-assured, smart, stylish and focused, Dixon grew up looking for energy and inspiration in the popstars she idolised and in 2008 she’s paying it forward with a scorching album as rewarding to extended home listening as it is to high octane blasts of pleasure during a night out on the tiles.She's a certified star in the UK, and now, Alesha Dixon is ready to take on the world.
Dixon has already enjoyed chart success as part of the all-female trio Mis-Teeq. They scored Eight Top-Ten UK singles between 2000 and 2003, establishing the group as one of England's premier pop outfits. After their demise, Dixon took part in – and then won – the hugely successful UK series Strictly Come Dancing. She also released her debut solo album, 2006's Fired Up. The album's sequel, The Alesha Show, is now ready to be unleashed on music-lovers everywhere.
The Alesha Show has already spawned two hit singles: 2008's "The Boy Does Nothing" and the current smash "Breathe Slow". Both tracks showcase Dixon as a talented vocalist with an ear for sensual, affecting tunes. The Alesha Show is all-killer, no-filler, and is destined to set stereos on fire throughout 2009.
